Stickiness (UGG'S)

Last year I noticed everyone wearing UGG boots.  I just loved them.  Had to have them. 
I went right down to Lenny's and bought a pair. I  Wore them outside during recess and fell
down on my butt.  I should have realized that they would not be any good for climbing up hills and down hills.I spent a fortune on boots last year that just sit there now, because this year I went back to Lenny's and
bought a pair that has traction, so I could climb up and down hills during recess duty.
I have learned not to go with the trend.

Chocolate

Chocolate is sure addicting.  It can be pretty powerful at times.
There is a basket of chocolate candy that sits on Kim's desk at work.
Many teachers during the day stop by to have a treat of their favorite candy.
I sit and watch them open the wrapper and  endulged themselves.
I have a hard time resisting the temptation of the wonderful treat.
I usually can't take it anymore, and find myself at Kim's desk and helping
myself with one or two packages of my favorite chocolate.
There is nothing like chocolate. It is the best food there is.
I usually eat it everyday.  It is my comfort food, and has been
my entire life.  It has to be addicting,because I keep on going
back for more.  Is there anyone else that feels the same way
as I?

Salesmen or Maven?

Salesmen or Maven?  What am I?  We are all here for a reason!  At first I thought I was a Salesman, because I like making other people happy.  I try to joke around a lot, and I like to hear people laugh. 
I also have a very loud laugh, and it draws attention to myself.  I like being the center of attention sometimes.
But, that is about all.  So, I thought I might be a Maven, because I like to solve other people's problems, especially my children.  I like to be helpful. 
I also like to learn about many subjects, I take knowledge in, and then I enjoy teaching others what I have learned. 

The Stickiness Factor

Hi, I think my smile is contagious.  I am determined to be a better person.  I try to greet all staff, or mostly all staff and students with a friendly smile and a warm greeting.  I would like Barre Town School to be a great place to work, and it always hasn't been.  When I smile, I always get a smile back.  I also want School  to be a great place for students.  Staff and students spend a good portion of our lives there.  I don't like it when people are grumpy.  I don't like it when I am grumpy. 
I have also decided that I was going to start doing at least one
good deed every day.  It makes me feel good, and I want other people to feel good also.  Maybe that will rub off onto other folks.
Being polite and nice is important.  I feel that I am a role model for students.  I will hold a door open, or pick something up for someone.  I just want to be a better person, and little things go a long way.

T.V.

Is T.V. contagious.  I think so!  There are certain shows that I have to watch, and if I miss a
favorite show, I get totally upset.  Or if a repeat comes on ,I get pissed off.  I don't want to
see a repeat, my night is then ruined.  My Grand-daughter is hooked to certain cartoons.
She is just like me, she loves to watch T.V.  She seems to learn a few things from watching it.
She loves watching Dora, she has learned some spanish words, which I think is great!
